A SUMMER'S WORTH OF PROGRESS

It's been approximately 3 years since our last update on the progress of 4120 Langland. turns out it takes a really long time to renovate an entire, busted-ass house. Drywall started on the 2nd and 3rd floor today, so it seems like a pretty good time to document all the work we did on the guts of this place.
